TB Sales Consultancy handles personal data with care. This statement explains which data is processed through this website, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are.

Which data is processed?
Through the contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you get in touch by email or phone, the data you share yourself is processed.
For what purpose and on what legal basis?
The data is only used to answer your question and to contact you about a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest in responding to a contact request (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Your data is not sold and is not used for newsletters or advertising.
How long is data kept?
No longer than necessary. Contact requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. If the contact leads to a collaboration, the data is kept for as long as needed for the collaboration and for statutory retention obligations.
Who is data shared with?
Only with parties needed to run the website and communication:
- Netlify: website hosting and processing of the contact form.
- Microsoft 365: email.
- Google Fonts: the fonts on this website are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address.
Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area. This only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics tools.
Security
The website uses a secure connection (https). Data is only accessible to those who need it to answer your question.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send your request to tijmen@tbsalesconsultancy.nl. You will receive a reply within one month.
If you disagree with how your data is handled, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
This statement may be updated. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
